Native Birds are encouraged to visit the garden with a number of small family flocks returning each year. The beatuiful and well protected brd baths allow the birds plenty of water and fun during the hot summer months. The large trees, in which they nest and play are enjoyed by us as well.
These hand crafted forged iron wheels are believed to have come from a miners wheel barrow at the height of the Whroo / Rushworth Gold rush.
The Old Imperial
The Imperial Hotel Rushworth is a beautifully and faithfully restored Double brick building built circa 1880, originally a pub in the Goldrush of the 1850's it is now a wonderfully charming B&B which sleeps up to 6. Set in a 1/2 acre of cottage gardens, it is pure joy to the senses.
